 inculcates in young learners a thirst for the written word through greater exposure to a wide range of vocabulary and expressions. Students will also have opportunities to practise creating their story ideas in a timed environment, to simulate exam conditions.​

 

With a strong emphasis on creative writing techniques and literacy skills, students will be taught how to enhance their narrative writing through a variety of strategies. Students will gradually be introduced to newer and more challenging techniques as they progress from Primary 3 to Primary 6. These include the use of dialogue, similes and metaphors, characterization, among others. 

 

As students advance to upper primary, they will also be introduced to other text types, such as expository and personal recount passages. They will also be trained in situational writing where they learn how to write different text types,短信，信件，邮件，便条.

Our newly launched Hanyu Pinyin Programme aims to enable students to use HYPY as a tool to help them to pronounce and note the Chinese words in an accurate way, and be more Primary-School ready.

The objectives of this class is to help students understand Hanyu Pinyin deeper, which will aid in good pronunciation of words. It is a good tool to help them build up their confidence in using Hanyu Pinyin, and prepare them for what is to come in Primary 1. This confidence will also enable students to be more skilful in using the Chinese dictionary when needed in their studies. There will even be online worksheets provided for your child to have further practice at home. If you are concerned if your child can cope when he/she enters Primary school, this programme is for you.

The purpose of the writing class is to enable children to write correct fonts and exercise their patience and self-confidence. Let students feel the shape of the characters through touch, and feel the strokes and radicals when they write on the sand. Students can write the correct word the first time. Wrong words need not leave traces on paper.

K2 Correctly write each practiced Chinese character, build confidence and correct writing habits.
P1 Correctly write each practiced Chinese character. When writing, you can exercise patience and cultivate the spirit of not giving up easily.
P2 Correctly write each Chinese character practiced, and improve the writing speed on this premise.

In the school calligraphy book, many characters are wrongly spelled. The more words you write, the more mistakes you make. The more corrections, the more mistakes. In the end, students, parents, and teachers are very tired
 

The mascot of Reading Paradise, Larak, and its good friends brought a visual journey to primary school children from grades 1 to 6. We created 36 stories based on 1-6 reading and writing. Let everyone master the key words in the textbook unconsciously while listening to the story and telling the story.

 

When everyone is reading the story carefully, they will practice reading the chapters aloud. Good conversation is practiced when we discuss the plot of the story together. Tell stories by yourself, exercise your self-confidence and language skills.

 

Students take turns presenting stories, and under the prompts of classmates and teachers, students complete the stories independently. In this case, students will unconsciously make up for the lack of or correct mistakes in their own sentences or content.
